The summary of 'I know exactly what I eat' in SOS-W

The main aim of the 'I know exactly what I eat' campaign was to enhance students' and their parents' awareness of the need for a healthy lifestysle by applying appropriate habits and physical activities. We did such activities as: meetings with dietician, exercises with music, gymnastics, meeting athletes , outdoor exercises with elements of aerobics, trampoline park and eating vegetable salad made by students. In the aspect of sport and physical activity we had four meetings. The first three meetings were on school corridor where students attended morning exercises and sport games and plays. The fourth meeting was on playground as a outdoor aerobics. We played students vs teachers basketball match and Santa Claus Football Tournament.             During Family Picnic you can undertake the opportunity to try obstacle course containing              daily routines tasks.
